Research and development determined the best way to get solids into a solid surface was to use a solvent. Good stewardship requires the solvent to be low odor, not flammable, and easy to use. Choosing solvent over water may seem counter intuitive, but again research shows solvents absorb more readily than water. It is important to allow the durable solids to attach to the interior of the surface and protect from within. Once the durable solid is in the stone, the solvent safely and evenly evaporates. The solid continues to develop its repellency as it dries.

Our performance assurance states we will help solve any stain issue caused by the failure of our sealers to perform. Your responsibility is to apply an adequate amount of sealer on each application, clean or provide cleaning instructions using mild neutral cleaners like EZCLeaN and ALLCLeaN.

It is also advisable to move plants, appliances, and any ohter items that reside on the counters, periodically to clean under them.

Changing the position of items on the counters helps keep the counters even in coloration as some materials do change their look over time.
